Rymill Coonawarra Classic Release Shiraz draws from an estate vineyard, grown sustainably in Coonawarra's cool climate and outstanding soils.

Following fermentation, the wine matures in a mix of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels. It matures further in bottle prior to release.

Intense crimson, Rymill Coonawarra Classic Release Shiraz is a silky, spicy wine with fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
